Rust Armor is a rust inhibitor that is suitable for all metal molds. Rust Armor will prevent rust and corrosion from forming, however, it is not a rust remover. Use on clean molds to form a film. As long as this film is unbroken, this formula will prevent corrosion and rust. Rust Armor is so easy to use since it doesn't have to be removed before using the mold or dies.
Gentle Clean is a cleaner and degreaser which contains a cleaning solvent that is FDA regulated. It will safely clean molds, tooling and machinery that have incidental food or medical contact. Gentle Clean is safe to use on most solvent-sensitive materials, plastics and silicones. It will also dissolve mold release, ejector pin grease and other oily contaminants.
This is a powerful residue resin remover that works on epoxy and urethane thermoset residues. It can be used on warm molds and assists in the removal of excess release agent, grease, oil and fingerprints on tools and machines.
Super Citri-Scent is a broad range, biodegradable, citrus derived cleaner effective on most residues and stains. #11 works well on warm dirty molds, tooling and machines to remove excess release agent, grease, oil and fingerprints.
Air freshening Citri-Quick is a fast acting cleaner effective on a wide range of stubborn contaminants. #12 works well on cool dirty molds, tooling and machines to remove excess release agent, grease and fingerprints while leaving a familiar orange aroma.
Resin Invader is an aggressive penetrating formula for removing thermoset resins, residues, char, greases and other tough materials. #13 can be used on warm to hot molds and tooling. Resin Invader is the ideal choice for tough jobs.
Non-Flammable #14 is a penetrating cleaner for safe "on-line" work on hot molds. #14 is a strong blend of solvents designed to remove excess release agent, grime and contaminants that affect molded part surface finish and appearance.
The economical and powerful cleaner-degreaser to * Always Have At Hand. #15 is a non-flammable, all-purpose cleaner and degreaser for molds, tooling, machines and most shop jobs. #15 A'HAH is great for "post-run" mold cleaning followed by MP-101 Rust Inhibitor or Protect-It #60 Mold Armor Anti-Rust Coating. Quick drying #15 is a tireless worker--on the job--all the time.
High purity #16 contains water-white and odorless FDA regulated solvent. Safe for cleaning molds, tooling and machinery used to make products with incidental food and medical end use. Use #16 to dissolve release agent, ejector pin greases and oily contaminants.
#60 has a triple component formula to neutralize fingerprints, condensation and atmospheric corrosion on costly molds, dies and tooling metals. Protect-It #60 is a corrosion inhibitor for all metals that provides long term protection. The non-silicone coating purges easily during start-up. One light coat will protect overnight or for weeks. Two light coats are recommended for up to two year's protection. (Use MP-101 for longer, indoor storage.) Fingerprint neutralization and moisture displacement are built-in advantages.
Rust Inhibitor Spray (Part #MP-101) is a corrosion inhibitor suitable for use on all metals. As long as this film remains unbroken, Rust Inhibitor will prevent corrosion. This film imparts lubricity and need not be removed prior to mold startup. The first few shots purge the film from the polished surfaces.
