Aerosol Products

Package: Our aerosol mold release products are available from 12 to 20 ounce fills depending on the product. All are packaged twelve cans per case.

Benefits: The benefit of using aerosols for mold release application is the micro-fine atomization that produces an ultra-thin and homogeneous coating on the mold face. This provides superior dimensional tolerance and surface reproduction.

Availability: All of our products are readily available packaged in aerosol cans. Quantity discounts available for volume purchases.

Bulk Aerosol

Package: Products are available in economical, pre-pressurized cylinders. Ultra mold release formulas are available in 50 pound net weight cylinders with Spectrum and Investment Casting formulas available in 37 pound cylinders.

Benefits: The same time-proven, field-tested formulations with the economical benefits of buying in bulk.

Availability: We stock cylinders for our most popular products: Yellow Label and the three Parfilms. Other products are available in cylinders and are made to order. Contact us for lead time and more information.

Bulk Liquid

Package: Pre-mixed, non-pressurized mold release products available in one gallon containers, five gallon pails and fifty-five gallon drums. Products are priced per gallon with volume discounts available.

Benefits: Ideal for brush, dipping or in-house spray systems, the popular bulk liquid products are shipped ready-to-use and do not require any mixing.

Undiluted Bulk Concentrate

Package: A concentrated form of our product containing only the active ingredients with no propellant or solvent is available in quart containers, one gallon and five gallon pails. Bulk concentrate products must be diluted by the customer. We provide simple diluting instructions when this material is purchased to ensure the best results. Products are priced per pound with volume discounts available.

Benefits: Odorless, non-combustible, has a pH of 7 and a very low order of toxicity. Customers are able to dilute the concentrate for their own needs and/or purposes.
