Price-Driscoll Warranty Terms & Disclaimer

In as much as Price-Driscoll has no control over the use to which others may put the material, it does not guarantee that the same results described in our literature are obtained nor will a product be deemed defective if the same results described in Price-Driscoll's literature are not obtained. Each user should make their own tests to determine the material's suitability for their own particular use.

LIMITED WARRANTY - Price-Driscoll warrants only that aerosol packaged goods manufactured by it are free from defects of material and workmanship under normal and intended use and service for a period of one (1) year and that non aerosol goods (bulk products) manufactured by it are free from defects of material and workmanship under normal and intended use and service for a period of six (6) months after the date of tender of delivery; provided, Buyer gives written notice of any such defect within the warranty period. Normal wear and deterioration are excluded.

Price-Driscoll does not warrant products which have been subject to misuse, accident, improper actions by someone other than Price-Driscoll, alterations, modifications or replacements. This warranty does not apply to products that have been replaced under the warranty.

The warranty stated herein is exclusive and in lieu of any other warranties whether oral, written, implied, expressed, statutory, or arising by law or custom, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose with respect to products made pursuant to buyer's specifications, whether the products are used alone or in combination with other substances or devices.
