To meet the special needs of rapid prototyping and custom molding applications, we are pleased to offer Premium Urethane Parfilm Mold Release.
A natural LECITHIN formula for molding thermoplastics and some thermosets. Broad-spectrum uses include: ABS, acetals, epoxies, melamines, phenolics, polyesters, polyethylenes, polycarbonates, nylons, polyvinyls, polystyrenes, polypropylenes, polyurethanes and rubbers.
A highly refined, paintable and silicone-free mold release formula of crystal clear, white oil compatible for molding medical or food contact materials. #26 works well with many thermoplastics, most thermosets, rubbers and patterns for RTV silicone rubber molds.
A time-proven mold release for heavy-duty applications, intricate molds and troublesome jobs. #27 allows post-molding operations and decoration. An excellent release for PC, PP, PS, rubber and acrylics. The active ingredient is easy to see allowing pinpoint application to troublesome areas.
A high performance mold release compatible with thermoplastic and thermoset resins as well as silicone rubbers. Allows post-molding operations straight from the mold. The finely tuned propellant and atomization system produces a uniform micro-platelet film on the mold.
Non-Silicone #33 works for rubber molds, molded rubber and releases almost everything from anything. It also contains an FDA regulated active, for use with food and medical applications. PETROLEASE has extensive applications for prototyping and pattern work. #33 also works well for RTV and tin or platinum curing elastomers.
Ultra for Polyethylene mold release was found to work better than other releases for low density, medium density and high density resins. It will not cause stress cracking of olefins associated with silicone based release agents. Available in Ultra 4 
Formulated specifically for all grades of polypropylene, it will not cause stress cracking associated with silicone type releases. Available in Ultra 4 
Anti-Static mold release is a semi-durable anti-stat useful in controlling electrostatic charges accumulating on plastics, hard rubber, photographic film cartridges and other electrostatic sensitive materials. Available in Ultra 3 
#31 is a UL recognized polycarbonate compatible barrier film slip agent that avoids blemishes and crazing. Additionally, paintability permits post molding operations.
A UL recognized, organo-modified silicone mold release that allows post molding operations and decorating on polystyrenes, a variety of thermoformed and cast resins, as well as most engineering resins.
