All Purpose Silicone mold release contains an FDA regulated active, for use with food and medical applications. It is a universal silicone release that works well on injection molding, RIM, compression, extrusion, casting, lay-up and forming.
All Purpose Paintable Silicone mold release allows post-molding operations such as painting, gluing, and decorating on thermoformed or cast plastics, rubbers and reinforced engineering resins. A safe, easy way to mold your parts without cleaning prior to painting.
Paintable Food Grade mold release is organic, does not contain silicone and is compatible for use with food and medical applications. An excellent release for a variety of thermoplastics, most thermosets, and rubbers.
Zinc Stearate Dry Powder mold release is an effective release for use on plastics and rubber molds. Works well with intricate molds where the dry powder allows pinpoint application, making it ideal for use in the metal forming industry. In addition to the benefits of a dry lubricant, it also leaves a shiny finish.
Dry Film mold release with PTFE is a high performance release that is compatible with thermoplastic and thermoset resins as well as silicone rubbers. Dry Film is a paintable release which allows post-molding operations. This release works well for pinpointing the clarity of troublesome areas.
Clean and Pure Paintable mold release is a paintable, silicone-free formula for incidental food and medical contact applications. Works well with many thermoplastics, most thermosets, rubbers and rubber molds.
Rust Armor is a rust inhibitor that is suitable for all metal molds. Rust Armor will prevent rust and corrosion from forming, however, it is not a rust remover. Use on clean molds to form a film. As long as this film is unbroken, this formula will prevent corrosion and rust. Rust Armor is so easy to use since it doesn't have to be removed before using the mold or dies.
Gentle Clean is a cleaner and degreaser which contains a cleaning solvent that is FDA regulated. It will safely clean molds, tooling and machinery that have incidental food or medical contact. Gentle Clean is safe to use on most solvent-sensitive materials, plastics and silicones. It will also dissolve mold release, ejector pin grease and other oily contaminants.
